What does a Luminova® membership include?
A Luminova® membership offers unlimited access to the services of your choosing at all salon locations. You’ll also enjoy exclusive perks and rewards, like up to 40% off products, free upgrades and access to our exclusive lotion membership.
How much does a Luminova® membership cost?
We offer several membership options that can be customized to your preferences, ranging from $39.95/mo to $179.95/mo, plus applicable taxes.
Can I customize my membership plan?
Our memberships are fully customizable to align with your personal goals and prefrences. Choose from a range of services to create a personalized experience focused on the results you’re looking to achieve.
Is there a contract or long-term commitment required?
After your first month’s auto-debit you may cancel anytime with no penalties.
Can I pause or cancel my membership at any time?
You have the option to freeze your membership for just $7 per month, plus applicable taxes. The amount paid will be credited back to your account as Bonus Bucks, which can be redeemed in-store! Freezing your account will allow you to maintain your rewards status! If you cancel rather than freeze, all rewards will be lost. After your first month’s auto-debit you have the option to freeze or cancel your membership.

What’s the difference between a membership and a pay-per-visit session?
Our memberships offer unbeatable value. Members enjoy unlimited access to our services plus exclusive rewards, member-only events, and insider pricing on products—all for one convenient monthly auto-debit. It’s a great way to explore everything we offer and build a consistent self-care routine. Single sessions are available, however most clients appreciate the added convenience, value, flexibility, and perks that come with the memberships.
Can I gift a membership to someone else?
Gift cards can be redeemed at any of our locations and offer flexibile spending. Use a gift card for your own monthly membership, to gift a membership to someone else, or for products.
What is your cancellation policy?
To cancel your membership, simply submit a request with one of our consultants during your salon visit before your monthly draft date. If you’re unable to come in person, you may cancel by completing a Member Inquiry Form or emailing us at membership@Luminova.club.
After your first month’s auto-debit, you’re free to cancel at any time—no penalties, no hassle.
